Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By paying the non-refundable booking fee, you confirm your agreement to the terms outlined below.
My goal is to ensure your bridal experience is smooth, professional and stress-free from start to finish.
A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your wedding date. Your date is not reserved until this payment has been received. Once paid, your wedding date is held exclusively in the diary.
The booking fee will be deducted from your final balance.
A full invoice outlining the total cost of services will be issued in advance. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the wedding date.

Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed and will not increase. If the number of services reduces after booking, the originally agreed minimum booking value remains payable.
Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
For larger bridal parties or earlier ceremony times, an additional professional artist may be required to ensure everyone is ready comfortably and on schedule. A fee of £75 per assistant will apply where needed.
If departure from my home is required before 5:00 am, an early start fee of £50 will apply.
If services are required at more than one preparation location, a £30 venue change fee will apply to cover additional travel and setup time.
I have a minimum spend of £500 on peak dates. These are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from April to September. This does not include the cost of the trial or travel.
A £50 surcharge is added to all bank holiday and Sunday bookings.
A bridal trial is strongly recommended and is usually scheduled 1–3 months before the wedding date.
The trial allows us to design and refine your chosen bridal look together so that you feel confident and completely happy ahead of the wedding day.
Trial payment is due on the day of the appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the trial appointment will incur a 100% charge of the trial fee. Missed appointments without notice will also incur the full charge.
Travel is charged at 60p per mile (round trip) from Salisbury to the preparation venue.
Any additional expenses including parking, tolls, congestion charges or accommodation (if required) must be covered by the client.
The booking fee and any trial payments are non-refundable.
If a booking is cancelled within 60 days of the wedding date, the full balance remains payable, as it is unlikely the date can be rebooked at short notice.
If your wedding date changes, I will always do my best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. If I am unavailable, the booking fee remains non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of severe illness or circumstances beyond my control preventing me from attending, every effort will be made to arrange a trusted replacement artist of a similar professional standard. If this is not possible, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
This will be the full extent of liability.

A patch test is available upon request.
Every care is taken to use high-quality, professional products. However, reactions can occasionally occur, and I cannot accept responsibility where prior allergies or sensitivities have not been disclosed.
A detailed schedule will be provided ahead of the wedding. All members of the bridal party receiving services must:
Services will be completed with sufficient time before the ceremony for dressing and photographs.
False lashes (strip or individual) are included for the bride. A small touch-up kit is provided for bridal use.
Photographs and/or video footage taken during trials or on the wedding day may be used for portfolio, website and social media purposes.
If you would prefer your images not to be shared, please let me know in writing at the time of booking.
Your privacy is important to me. Personal data is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws regulated by the Information Commissioner’s Office.
When you make an enquiry or booking, I may collect:
Your information is used solely for managing enquiries, bookings, providing services and fulfilling legal or accounting obligations.
Client information is stored securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as accounting).
Booking information may be retained for up to six years in line with UK tax requirements.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
